The Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) volleyball overcame the visiting Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Bryan Station betters its record to 7-5 on the year. The Defenders travel to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 24. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 2-0. Paul Laurence Dunbar won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against North Oldham (Goshen, KY)
