The Freeman Flyers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels to 0 in the Flyers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Flyers now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avon for a non-league game on Thursday, August 24. Freeman will meet a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
