The Hempstead Bobcats volleyball team (Hempstead, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX)

The Mustangs (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Austin Royals HomeSchool (Austin, TX). The Royals enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Austin Royals HomeSchool was dropped by Aggieland HomeSchool (College Station, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats encounter the Somerville Yeguas (Somerville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 25. Hempstead will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Yeguas enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, TX).
