The Jesup J-Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Nashua-Plainfield Huskies to 0 in the J-Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The J-Hawks now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maquoketa Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, August 24.
The Huskies (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Rockford (Rockford, IA). The Warriors go into the Top of Iowa - East outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Rockford beat Clarksville (Clarksville, IA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
