Texas High School Volleyball - Rudder over Waco

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Rudder Rangers (Bryan, TX) and the host Waco Lions (Waco, TX), saw Rudder's volleyball squad beat Waco by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Rudder upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Rangers travel to Stevens (San Antonio, TX) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Stevens won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Sotomayor (San Antonio, TX)

The Lions now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Jarrell for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. Waco will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Connally (Waco, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 6-2.
