California High School Football - Immanuel trounces Taft

August 22, 2024: Taft, CA 93268

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Immanuel Eagles football squad scored a decisive 42-0 victory over the Taft Wildcats.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA). The Broncs enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Kern Valley was routed by Oakland (Oakland, CA), 20-14, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Del Oro Suns (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 30. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Suns enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 28-23 non-league win over Chavez (Delano, CA).
