Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts Eagles (Chattanooga, TN) and the visiting Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN), saw Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts's soccer squad hold off Ooltewah by a count of 1-0.

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Hixson (Hixson, TN). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Hixson tipped St. Andrews-Sewanee (Sewanee, TN), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Owls battle the East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 27. Ooltewah will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Pioneers enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Sequatchie County (Dunlap, TN).
