The Wonders go into the battle with a record of 1-0. A.L. Brown won 18-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)

The Wolverines now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Robinson for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 29. West Cabarrus will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 41-12 non-league loss to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
