The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Hurricanes enter the non-league contest with a 12-0 record. In their last contest, Cartersville nipped North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Glynn Academy drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Terrors host Statesboro (Statesboro, GA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 27. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Statesboro won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Grovetown (Grovetown, GA)
