The Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Winston-Salem Christian Lions to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Forsyth Country Day for a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Tuesday, August 27. Wesleyan Christian Academy will play a Furies squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC). The Furies record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Winston-Salem Christian moves to 0-2 on the year. The Lions travel to Page (Greensboro, NC) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Page lost 9-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)
