The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Wister Wildcats (Wister, OK) and the host Roff Tigers (Roff, OK), observed Wister's softball team get by Roff by a tally of 5-0.

The Wildcats (9-1) will now prepare for their bout against Kiowa (Kiowa, OK). The Cowboys go into the non-league bout with a 7-3 record. In their last bout, Kiowa tipped Tupelo (Tupelo, OK), 5-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Moss Pirates (Holdenville, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 23. Roff will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 13-5 non-league loss to Vanoss (Ada, OK).
