The Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN) volleyball knocked off the visiting Anderson Prep Academy Jets (Anderson, IN), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Knightstown for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. Blue River Valley will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Union County (Liberty, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Anderson Prep Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Jets host South Decatur (Greensburg, IN) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 5-1. South Decatur won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Edinburgh (Edinburgh, IN)
