The Ralston Valley Mustangs volleyball squad (Arvada, CO), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO)

With the win, Cherokee Trail improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Douglas County won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Rangeview (Aurora, CO)

The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Collins for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. Ralston Valley will encounter a Lambkins squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Erie (Erie, CO). The Lambkins record now stands at 0-1.
