Texas High School Volleyball - Fossil Ridge tips McKinney

The Fossil Ridge Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting McKinney Lions to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Boswell for a non-league outing on Friday, August 23. Fossil Ridge will play a Pioneers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, McKinney drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Liberty (Frisco, TX) to play the Redhawks in a non-league outing on Friday, August 23. The Redhawks come into the outing with a record of 1-2. Liberty lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against V.R. Eaton (Fort Worth, TX)
