Texas High School Volleyball - Lake Ridge tips Wylie

The Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) volleyball held off the host Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Birdville for a non-league bout on Friday, August 23. Lake Ridge will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Martin (Arlington, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Wylie drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Weatherford (Weatherford, TX) to clash with the Kangaroos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 27. The Kangaroos come into the bout with a record of 9-4. Weatherford won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Manor (Manor, TX)
