The L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Utica Chieftains to 0 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Anchor Bay for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 24. L'Anse Creuse North will play a Tars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Regina (Warren, MI). The Tars record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Utica drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI) to play the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 24. The Pioneers come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Croswell-Lexington lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Port Huron (Port Huron, MI)
