The Tritons (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakewood (Lakewood, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Lakewood was beaten by Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jackrabbits meet the Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Long Beach Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA).
