North Carolina High School Volleyball - Perquimans over Neuse Charter

August 22, 2024: Hertford, NC 27944

The Perquimans Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Neuse Charter Cougars to 0 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Pirates now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Manteo for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 27. Perquimans will play a Redskins team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hobgood Charter (Hobgood, NC). The Redskins record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Neuse Charter drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 27. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 0-4. Eastern Wayne lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC)
