Ohio High School Volleyball - Philo over West Muskingum

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH) and the visiting West Muskingum Tornadoes (Zanesville, OH), observed Philo's volleyball team top West Muskingum by a count of 3-0.

The Electrics (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Holmes (Millersburg, OH). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, West Holmes was knocked off by Ashland (Ashland, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Tornadoes battle the Northridge Vikings (Johnstown, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 24. West Muskingum will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to Utica (Utica, OH).
