Texas High School Volleyball - Wakeland tips Vista Ridge

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Wakeland Wolverines volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Vista Ridge Rangers.

The Wolverines (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Redhawks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Liberty was nudged by Hockaday (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rangers meet the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 22. Vista Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Redhawks come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Hockaday (Dallas, TX).
