The Central Bears football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Anclote Sharks to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Bears face the Interlachen Rams (Interlachen, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. Central will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 36-0 non-league win over Keystone Heights (Keystone Heights, FL).

The Sharks (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Seahawks come into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Sunlake was knocked off by Weeki Wachee (Weeki Wachee, FL), 20-19, in a non-league outing.
