South Carolina High School Football - Broome overwhelmed by Belton-Honea Path

The Belton-Honea Path Bears walloped the host Broome Centurions football team by a score of 49-9 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears face the Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Belton-Honea Path will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 23-18 non-league loss to Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC).

The Centurions (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Chesnee (Chesnee, SC). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Chesnee triumphed over Pendleton (Pendleton, SC), 35-21, in a non-league test.
