South Carolina High School Football - Branchville falls to Whitmire

The Whitmire Wolverines felled the visiting Branchville Yellow Jackets football team by a score of 26-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines face the Spartanburg Christian Academy Warriors (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Whitmire will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 27-12 league win over Clarendon Hall (Summerton, SC).

The Yellow Jackets (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against C.A. Johnson (Columbia, SC). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, C.A. Johnson lost by Columbia (Columbia, SC), 24-16, in a non-league challenge.
