South Carolina High School Football - Northside Christian Academy falls to Calhoun Academy

August 22, 2025: Lexington, SC 29072

The Calhoun Academy Cavaliers felled the host Northside Christian Academy Crusaders football team by a score of 35-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cavaliers play the Greenwood Christian Hawks (Greenwood, SC) in a SCISA 2A Region II challenge, on Friday, August 29. Calhoun Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 46-20 non-league win over Calhoun Falls Charter (Calhoun Falls, SC).

The Crusaders (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC). The Barons go into the SCISA 3A Region II test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Wilson Hall knocked off Orangeburg Prep (Orangeburg, SC), 42-14, in a non-league test.
