In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Santa Fe Demons football squad scored a decisive 32-0 victory over the Capital Jaguars.
The Demons (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Belen (Belen, NM). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Belen was routed by Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM), 63-12, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Jaguars meet the St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 30. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Horsemen come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 26-0 non-league win over Taos (Taos, NM).
