Ohio High School Football - Carey falls to Hopewell-Loudon

The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains felled the visiting Carey Blue Devils football team by a score of 30-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chieftains meet the Pleasant Spartans (Marion, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 29. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 16-13 non-league win over North Union (Richwood, OH).

With the defeat, Carey drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Galion (Galion, OH) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Galion won 35-6 in their recent non-league test against Memorial (St. Marys, OH)
