In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Central Dauphin East Panthers football squad scored a good 36-20 triumph over the William Penn Bearcats.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Chambersburg (Chambersburg, PA). The Trojans come into the Mid-Penn - Commonwealth match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Chambersburg defeated Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA), 27-15, in a non-league challenge.
The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Black Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
