Covenant Academy Rams (Macon, GA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Crisp Academy Wildcats (Cordele, GA), 46-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Covenant Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rams host Holy Spirit Prep (Atlanta, GA) to meet the Cougars in a GIAA 8-Man Region 1 (8 Man) test on Friday, August 29. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-1. Holy Spirit Prep lost 50-21 in their recent non-league test against Providence Athletic Club (Columbia, SC)

With the defeat, Crisp Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to David Emanuel Academy (Stillmore, GA) to face the Eagles in a GIAA 8-Man Region 2 (8 Man) test on Friday, August 29. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0. David Emanuel Academy won 66-0 in their recent league test against Grace Christian Academy (Bainbridge, GA)
