Colorado High School Football - Montrose tops Durango

The Montrose Red Hawks football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Durango Demons to 14 in the Red Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Hawks now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Greeley West for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29.

The Demons (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Farmington lost by Clovis (Clovis, NM), 32-27, in a non-league challenge.
