Florida High School Football - First Academy defeats Saint Francis Catholic Academy

Spectators at Friday's non-league bout between the First Academy Eagles (Leesburg, FL) and the visiting Saint Francis Catholic Academy Wolves (Gainesville, FL), saw First Academy's football team gain a win over Saint Francis Catholic Academy by a final score of 34-6.

With the win, First Academy advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Liberty Christian Prep (Tavares, FL) to confront the Lions in a Sunshine State - Citrus (8 Man) match on Friday, August 29. The Lions enter the match with a record of 1-1. Liberty Christian Prep won 42-0 in their recent non-league match against Eastland Christian (Orlando, FL)

Coming up next, the Wolves confront the First Coast Christian Knights (Jacksonville, FL) in a Sunshine State - First Coast (8 Man) match, on Friday, August 29.
