The Grantsville Cowboys football squad scored 32 points and limited the host Richfield Wildcats to 0 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cowboys now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Manti for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Grantsville will clash with a Templars squad coming off a 65-7 non-league win over Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT). The Templars record now stands at 1-1.
The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Deseret Peak (Tooele, UT). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Deseret Peak was ripped by North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 49-9, in a non-league game.
