The Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights football squad scored 62 points and limited the visiting Heritage Christian Academy Eagles to 0 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Knights play the Evangel Christian Academy Lions (Montgomery, AL) in a AISA 8-Man (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, August 29. Macon-East Montgomery Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 56-0 league win over North River Christian (Tuscaloosa, AL).

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Snook Christian Academy (Foley, AL). The Eagles go into the AISA 8-Man (8 Man) test with a 0-1 record.
