The Mallard Creek Mavericks were winner over the visiting Rolesville Rams football squad by a margin of 36-21 in Friday's non-league outing.

In their next game, the Mavericks battle the Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 30. Mallard Creek will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Rams (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Chargers come into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Providence Day achieved victory over Roman Catholic (Philadelphia, PA), 29-28, in a non-league game.
