The Nicolet Knights felled the host South Milwaukee Rockets football team by a score of 35-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights play the Milwaukee King Generals (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Nicolet will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Generals go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 20-14 non-league loss to Howards Grove (Howards Grove, WI).

The Rockets (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Union Grove (Union Grove, WI). The Broncos go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Union Grove knocked off Racine Horlick (Racine, WI), 35-6, in a non-league test.
