California High School Football - University City wallops Rancho Christian

August 22, 2025: San Diego, CA 92122

The University City Centurions football squad scored 55 points and limited the visiting Rancho Christian Eagles to 20 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Centurions now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Hills for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. University City will meet a Wolf Pack squad coming off a 44-19 non-league loss to Holtville (Holtville, CA). The Wolf Pack record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Rancho Christian moves to 0-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Norte Vista (Riverside, CA) to face the Braves in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. The Braves go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Norte Vista won 20-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Silverado (Victorville, CA)
