The St. Francis Golden Knights football squad (La Canada, CA), was outscored 19-7 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA)

The Seraphs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Birmingham thwarted Hart (Newhall, CA), 24-14, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Golden Knights confront the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 29. St. Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
