Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Redeemer Classical Griffins (Harrisonburg, VA) and the host Appalachian Christian School Trailblazers (Waynesboro, VA), observed Redeemer Classical's volleyball team hold off Appalachian Christian School by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Redeemer Classical improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Griffins travel to Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Trailblazers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeview Christian for a contest on Friday, August 29.
