The Mintz Christian Academy Lions topped the host Village Christian Academy Knights volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Lions now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood Temple Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, August 25.

With the loss, Village Christian Academy drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Northwood Temple Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Eagles in a game on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 1-0.
