The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers enter the non-league battle with a 3-1 record.

Next up, the Spartans battle the University Christian Barracudas (Hickory, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 28. Gaston Day will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
