With the triumph, Chaparral moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to North Valley Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Lions in a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Lobos now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison Highland Prep for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 27. Snowflake will clash with a Heat team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV). The Heat record now stands at 0-1.
