In Friday's non-league outing, the host Crossroads Christian Colts soccer squad scored a nice 11-2 victory over the Thales Academy Cary Spartans.
The Colts (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC). The Firebirds come into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Falls Lake was overwhelmed by Franklinton (Franklinton, NC), 6-1, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Varsity Opponent for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26.
