In Friday's non-league outing, the host Enloe Eagles soccer squad scored a close 7-0 triumph over the Hillside Hornets.
With the triumph, Enloe advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 27. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-1. Pinecrest 4-4 in their recent non-league test against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC)
The Hornets now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Green Level for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. Hillside will play a Gators squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Gators record now stands at 2-1.
