Colorado High School Softball - Burlington drops to Forge Christian

Forge Christian Fury (Arvada, CO) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Burlington Cougars (Burlington, CO), 23-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Forge Christian improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Fury host Alamosa (Alamosa, CO) to play the Mean Moose in a non-league game on Friday, August 22. The Mean Moose come into the match with a record of 0-1. Alamosa lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Durango (Durango, CO)

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 22. Burlington will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 18-9 non-league win over Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO).
