The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Commerce Tigers (Commerce, OK) and the host Ketchum Warriors (Ketchum, OK), observed Commerce's softball team notch a victory over Ketchum by a final score of 10-2.

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Dewey (Dewey, OK). The Bulldoggers go into the non-league bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Dewey was routed by Oologah (Oologah, OK), 3-1, in a non-league bout.

Next up, the Warriors face the Chouteau-Mazie Wildcats (Chouteau, OK) in a 2A contest, on Saturday, August 23. Ketchum will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK).
