The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK) and the host Coweta Tigers (Coweta, OK), observed Plainview's softball team get by Coweta by a tally of 6-2.

The Indians (10-1) will now prepare for their bout against Marlow (Marlow, OK). The Outlaws go into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Marlow tipped Little Axe (Norman, OK), 6-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Pryor Tigers (Pryor, OK) in a 5A District 3 bout, on Monday, August 25. Coweta will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record.
