In Friday's non-league match, the host Oologah Mustangs softball team scored a tight 5-2 win over the Eufaula Ironheads.
The Mustangs (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Mannford (Mannford, OK). The Pirates come into the non-league match with a 6-1 record.
In their next game, the Ironheads confront the Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 23. Eufaula will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Lone Grove (Lone Grove, OK).
