Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Wheat Ridge Farmers (Wheat Ridge, CO), 20-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Frederick upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO) to confront the Eagles in a non-league match on Saturday, August 23. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 1-1. Dakota Ridge won 9-8 in their recent non-league match against Timnath (Timnath, CO)
