Texas High School Volleyball - Fort Bend Hightower over Alief Taylor

The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Alief Taylor Lions to 0 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hurricanes now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Channelview for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Fort Bend Hightower will play a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cypress Springs (Cypress, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 2-4.

The Lions (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Lamar Consolidated gained a win over Royal (Brookshire, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
