With the win, Brennan upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Midlothian (Midlothian, TX) to meet the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Midlothian won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Paschal (Fort Worth, TX)

Next, the Hornets meet the Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Azle will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Jaguars go into the test with a 4-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Clifton (Clifton, TX).
