The Bishop Lynch Friars topped the visiting Richardson Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Friars confront the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 22. Bishop Lynch will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Reedy (Frisco, TX).

The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their game against The Colony (The Colony, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, The Colony was dropped by Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
